Recipes and Food

Hello there!!

First of all, I love to cook. Specially because a few years ago I changed my way to eat, and also the thing I eat, so it was necessary to me to learn how to prepare my new conscious diet. 
Also, as most of you can tell, to cook it's very importand in our days and lifes. I believe that by cooking you give love and energy to te people (even yourself) when they eat your food. It's important to me, cook with love, and peace. I try to do it in the best way, not as an obligation. 

So..

Last week I prepare my two first vegan recipes! I made red beet hummus, and also I made a carrot cake.


I never thought I could make a vegan cake! And it was really tasty! All my friends eat it up like in two seconds! 
It was made by carrot, wholemeal flour, sugar (that is the next thing I want to change or have a healthy ingredient), baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, water, vegetal oil, and I guess that's it! Oh and I try by putting linseed meal too.
